Labels are legible, which sounds obvious
Every vial printed clearly with compound, mass and batch. I have had suppliers send handwritten labels before. Not here.
Good, delivery a bit slow to Romania
Eleven days door to door. Everything sealed and correct, just slower than the estimate said.
Support actually answered on a Sunday
Asked about storage after reconstitution and got a proper answer the same day, on a weekend. That is not normal.
COA matched the batch
Ordered on a Tuesday, tracking came through the same evening, arrived Thursday. What I actually cared about was the certificate of analysis and the batch number on the vial matching it, which it did. Vials were properly sealed and the lyophilised cake was intact, not shattered around the stopper like the last supplier I used.
